I need to share with you what I just saw. It’s from Jay’s Brick Blog, my number one go-to source when it comes to LEGO news. There was a LEGO Ideas challenge last year, called 100 years of fairytales, and it was won by 2A2A with their Disney Magic set design. The official images of this set has just been published by the LEGO Certified Store in Greece. Here’s LEGO Ideas 21352 Magic of Disney!
LEGO Ideas 21352 Magic of Disney consists of 1103 pieces. There are four minifigures in it; Gepetto from Pinocchio, Lilo from Lilo & Stitch, Belle from Beauty and the Beast and Bruno from Encanto. They are accompanied by Sebastian and Flounder from The Little Mermaid and Simba from The Lion King. The human characters come in minifigure form for the first time, and Simba has a new print.
The main focus of the set is the giant brick-built Mickey Mouse from the iconic film Fantasia. All the characters have small dioramas, and of course the brooms that become Mickey’s nightmare in the film aren’t forgotten.
To be honest, I like the original design more, especially Mickey. But they have been true to the original as much as possible, and gave us brand new characters as minifigures – you gotta at least appreciate that. I’ve been waiting for a long time to have an official Belle minifigure!
A short news article for today. See you in the next one!

Some girls play with Barbie dolls, while others create small worlds with LEGO minifigures and continue to do so when they grow up. You can probably guess which group I belong to :)
